This is clamshell tray, One side is connected when thermoforming. The other side isn't connected by high frequency, but connected by some buttons or the nails if necessary. The bottom and lid should be buckled well. 

The material is 0.55 mm PET plastic food grade

The size of slot is suitable for 5 cm diameter ,3cm height macarons or smaller.

OEM custom is acceptable.
